President of the Turks and Caicos Islands Hotel & Tourism Association (TCHTA) Trevor Musgrove, was recently named ambassador of the Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association (TCREA) for 2021-2022.
Musgrove, who is also a Managing partner of TCREA, received this accolade on November 18, during a virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Musgrove was recognized for his hard work and contributions to not only the agency but also to the real estate sector in the Turks and Caicos Islands
Commenting on his accomplishment he told the Weekly News in an invite comment that he is “truly honored to be elected as ambassador for the Turks & Caicos Real Estate Association.”
“The Association plays a critical role in the growing economy of the Turks and Caicos Islands, as such I would like to build stronger community outreach and partnership within the community so that there is greater appreciation for the understanding of the Association and its role”.
He further noted that he is passionate about building a stronger educational outreach, particularly with the youth.
“When we start with our young people, we are able to put meaning to the phrase, ‘the children are the future”.
Musgrove stressed that creating a greater impact and awareness of the environment and sustainability is also a key area of focus for him.
“We have a beautiful country but I know that we as Turks and Caicos Islanders can do a better job of keeping it clean and preserving what we have – we have to truly appreciate the real beauty of the islands and why everyone wants to own a piece of Paradise as I call it .
“We are truly Beautiful by Nature, our actions must show that too”, he added. (By Olivia Rose)
