Agency’s Trevor Musgrove
The Agency Turks & Caicos recently celebrated the launch of The Sanctuary— a nine-home, $25 million villa development that has made history, thanks to our very own Trevor Musgrove.
Trevor is the first local developer to be a major partner in a branded luxury development in the islands, and will represent sales of the property along with Sean O’Neill. In a recent article by Turks & Caicos The Sun, Trevor noted, “I might get a little emotional because it’s a dream of mine coming to fruition. This project is very special to me in a lot of different ways. I’ve lived on Venetian road for over 20 years; and when I first came to this site, I immediately fell in love with it.”
The ground-breaking ceremony took place on-site at Flamingo Lake in the Venetian area of Provicendales. The event was attended by friends and associates of the development as well as government and Island officials including Acting Premier & Minister of Health, Jay Saunders, Ministers of Immigration Arlington “Chuck” Musgrove, Minister of Tourism Josephine Connolly and Stacy Cox, CEO of Turks and Caicos Hotel and Tourism Association (TCHTA).

Combining sensitive lakefront architecture with progressive building technology, The Sanctuary provides a gentle yet modern approach to life on the islands. Offering three- to four-bedroom options with more than 125 feet of water frontage, new owners can choose from one of the Blee Halligan-designed layout options that best suits their needs.
Residents also have the opportunity to select a solar package presented by Renu energy—the Islands’ authorized installer of and importer of Tesla energy packages, goods, and vehicles.
